I love working with spelt flour.Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04249562903323846293noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-291582756195959292.post-2161336264410391712008-07-24T16:25:00.000+01:002008-07-24T16:25:00.000+01:00i think you super deserve the award, Sal! i love y...i think you super deserve the award, Sal! i love your blog and i love all the awesome vegan yummies you post! they all look so awesome!<BR/><BR/>i've actually never made wheat-less baked goods before. i might just have to pick up some spelt flour - the texture seems neat! <BR/><BR/>dark leafy greens are some of my favs, too! i love kale and mustard greens the most. and i do something similar to yours, too. i saute a little olive in my skillet with just a bit of peanut oil & some spices. i rinse my greens and tear them up (leaving a little water still on the greens) - then once they onion is looking a bit brown i toss in the greens - cover the skillet with a lid - and let this cook for just 1-2 minutes. i think keeping the water on the greens kinda "steams" them a bit in the skillet, and they stay crisp, too - which is nice, because i don't care for mushy greens! don't you just love how beautifully green your dark leafy greens can get. they're almost too gorgeous to eat!<BR/><BR/>i need to make that sausage, too. i still have yet to make those - and i really need to 'cause they look so tasty! <BR/><BR/>your potato wedges look perfect! i would totally eat them with cups of ketchup any day! mmmmmm! i just love baked wedges, sea salt, and ketchup! and i just want to say that your pasta looks outstanding, too! <BR/><BR/>thanks for sharing all the delicious food pics with us - and thanks for the rock'n muffin recipe, too! i'm going to get some spelt flour soon & give it a whirl! i'll report back on how awesome they are! yay!jessyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01239751125232117374noreply@blogger.com
