Other friends of mine went to see them in Dublin and they said they were ACE!
You do go to some good gigs Sal!
So glad you tried baking Seitan - it gives it a totally different texture doesn't it!
Thanks for the link to the PBU - but I want to know what the "U" stands for!!
I've seen the JD Sauces in Iceland - not sure which ones they had though as I thought they were a bit pricey so didn't even bother to look at the label to see if they were vegan or not - I definitely think they would be good to marinade some Tofu in though!
Your Peas are adorable and I bet they were super delicious in a Salad! They like cooler temperatures so the heat you've been having wouldn't have been good for them at all.
I've been on a Smoothie vibe for the past few weeks - guess you knew that from my facebook status:) They are such an easy delicious way to get a whopping amount of goodness into our bodies. I've had some great combos and they just keep getting more and more delicious! Though I don't think mine are really proper Smoothies 'cos don't you have to add milk for a proper Smoothie, like what you did? Not tried that, and I really like the sound of adding Peanut Butter too!
Yummy!
TTFN!

(Yes - it is 6 o'clock in the morning - can't sleep...too hot)Jen Treehuggerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02631000215929574389noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-291582756195959292.post-73333081321721197212009-07-06T16:14:14.594+01:002009-07-06T16:14:14.594+01:00Glad you liked Pbu!
